Job summary

MCI CAREER SERVICES PTE. LTD. is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Technician to support plant operations in Singapore. You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance, manage waste handling and ensure safety compliance across shifts.

The role involves manual lifting (10-20 kg), working in a non-aircon environment, OT as needed, and six workdays per week including Saturdays. Training and opportunities may be offered for suitable candidates.

Responsibilities

• Involve in plant routine preventive maintenance & servicing activities, corrective maintenance and replacement of parts.
• Upkeep of plant tools, equipment, bins condition, stickers, and straps.
• Load & unload of covered waste-bins, wash and arrange waste-bins.
• Housekeeping of plant area, workstations and storage area.
• Run tests after servicing.
• Comply with the plant’s safety regulatory requirements.
• Report and solve operational faults.
• Other related activities and ad-hoc duties assigned.
• Able to work on 3 rotating shifts, including Sunday and Public Holidays.
• Shift times: Shift 1: 7-3pm, Shift 2: 3-11pm, Shift 3: 11pm-7am; Saturday full shift, second half OT.
• No aircon environment.
• Able to work OT required.
• Need to lift up goods (10-20kg).
• Able to perform manual work and handle bio-hazardous and medical waste.
• 6 work days per week (inclusive of 4 hours OT every Saturday).
