Job summary

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in any discipline, with preference for candidates with healthcare operations, process improvement, data analytics and/or project management.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate multi-stakeholder planning to improve theatre utilisation and case flow.
• Maintain OT dashboard and senior management reports with key metrics.
• Support inventory governance and SOP improvements for OT stores.
• Lead capacity expansion and infrastructure development planning for OT.
• Drive process improvement, automation, and digitalisation to enhance patient care.
