Job summary

Tan Tock Seng Hospital in Singapore is seeking an Inventory and Stores Coordinator for the Operating Theatre (OT) Operations Support team. You will manage OT supplies, ensure stock accuracy, monitor expiry dates, and support efficient theatre operations.

You will maintain records, follow EEFO practices, coordinate with OT nurses and logistics, and participate in quality improvements and audits to ensure safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in storekeeping, warehousing or inventory management.
• Ability to follow established procedures and maintain accuracy.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage OT supplies and surgical consumables to ensure adequate stock availability.
• Monitor expiry dates and perform EEFO stock rotation.
• Receive, verify, store and issue supplies per procedures.
• Ensure proper storage conditions and compliance with safety standards.
• Maintain accurate inventory records in electronic systems.
• Support quality audits and emergency preparedness activities.
• Collaborate with OT nursing and operations teams for smooth operations.
