Tech Aalto Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a seasoned System Analyst / Business Analyst (techno-functional) to support analysis, design and implementation of workflow-driven enterprise systems, including OpenText ECM. You will bridge business problems and technical solutions across IT and business teams.

Responsibilities include gathering and documenting requirements, translating them into functional specs and designs, coordinating testing, and supporting deployment.

Qualifications

Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline.
8–10+ years of System Analyst / Business Analyst experience (techno-functional).
Strong workflow-based systems and business process knowledge.
Proficient in system integrations, APIs and data flows.
Excellent communication with technical and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Gather, analyze and document business and system requirements.
Translate requirements into functional specifications, workflows and system designs.
Perform impact analysis and support solution definition.
