Job summary

Tech Aalto Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an experienced OpenText Architect to lead the design and implementation of our OpenText ecosystem, including Archive Center, Content Server, and xECM.

The ideal candidate will architect scalable document management solutions, develop integration strategies with SAP and Microsoft 365, and guide cross-functional teams through system upgrades, migrations, and custom workflows.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience as an OpenText Architect
• Expert in Archive Center, Content Server, and xECM
• Proven experience with SAP and Microsoft 365 integrations
• Hands-on with Smart UI and OS scripting
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Knowledge of records management (digital and physical)

Responsibilities

• Design and architect OpenText solutions using Archive Center, Content Server, and xECM
• Develop content migration strategies to move legacy data into Archive Center and Content Server within the xECM framework
• Design scalable integration architectures between Archive Center, Content Server, xECM, SAP, and Microsoft 365
• Develop web reports, Live Reports, and OS scripts to meet reporting needs
• Create custom solutions and workflows within Archive Center, Content Server, and xECM
• Configure Smart UI to enhance usability
• Lead planning and execution of system upgrades and deployments
• Provide guidance on implementing and configuring OpenText solutions for optimized performance

We are looking for an experiencedOpenText Architectto lead the design and implementation of our OpenText ecosystem, including Archive Center, Content Server, and xECM. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge in architecting scalable document management solutions, designing integration strategies, and developing custom workflows. This role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams to build a robust document management system that supports end-to-end content lifecycle management.

Key Responsibilities

• Solution Design and Architecture:
  • Design and architect comprehensive document management solutions using OpenText Archive Center, Content Server, and xECM.
  • Develop content migration strategies to transition legacy data into Archive Center and Content Server within the xECM framework.
  • Design and implement scalable integration architectures to ensure seamless data exchange between Archive Center, Content Server, xECM, SAP, and Microsoft 365.
• Custom Development and Configuration:
  • Develop web reports, Live Reports, and OS scripts to meet reporting needs and enhance functionality.
  • Create custom solutions and workflows within Archive Center, Content Server, and xECM to address complex business requirements.
  • Configure Smart UI to enhance the user experience and optimize usability.
• Integration and Lifecycle Management:
  • Ensure seamless integration of OpenText components (Archive Center, Content Server, xECM) with SAP and Microsoft 365 for efficient document lifecycle management.
  • Lead planning and execution of system upgrades and deployments, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Records Management Expertise:
  • Apply knowledge of records and physical records management to design solutions that comply with regulatory and organizational standards.
• Team Collaboration and Leadership:
  • Provide guidance and expertise on implementing and configuring OpenText solutions for optimized performance and usability.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, reliable, and future-proof document management solutions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience as an OpenText Architect, with expertise in Archive Center, Content Server, and xECM.
• Strong knowledge of records management, including both digital and physical records.
• Proven experience in designing and implementing scalable integration architectures with SAP, Microsoft 365, and other platforms.
• Proficiency in developing web reports, Live Reports, and OS scripts.
• Hands-on experience with Smart UI configuration.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to lead complex system upgrades and deployments.
