Job summary

CAREWELL AMBULANCE SERVICES PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced operations leader to oversee day-to-day ambulance activities, scheduling, dispatching, and on-ground coordination in Singapore.

The role requires managing a diverse team of medics and support staff while ensuring adherence to medical, safety, and regulatory standards and driving KPI improvements to enhance service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage day-to-day ambulance operations, including manpower scheduling, dispatching, and on-ground coordination
• Oversee fleet readiness, medical equipment, safety and operational logistics
• Supervise a team of medics, paramedics, and operations staff; provide coaching, mentoring, and performance reviews
• Ensure all activities comply with medical, safety and regulatory standards, including company operational protocols
• Monitor operational KPIs (response time, case completion, incident reporting) and implement process improvements
• Liaise with clients, event organisers, hospitals, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth service delivery
