Job summary

LUCKY JOINT CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. is seeking a dedicated WSH Coordinator to oversee safety on-site across projects in Singapore. This full-time, on-site role offers career growth and hands-on safety leadership.

The candidate should hold WSQ Advanced Certificate in Workplace Safety and Health, Risk Management Level 2, and other relevant qualifications, with at least 2 years of WSH experience in construction or utilities, and willing to travel between sites to ensure compliance with regulations.

Qualifications

• WSQ Advanced Certificate in Workplace Safety and Health required.
• Risk Management Level 2 certification preferred.
• Relevant WSH experience in construction or utilities.
• Able to travel between project sites and work outside hours.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular WSH inspections at project sites, work premises and facilities.
• Travel between locations to monitor activities and ensure compliance with WSH.
• Identify unsafe acts/conditions and follow up with corrective actions.
• Stop or escalate work when there is an immediate risk to safety.
• Prepare inspection reports, photos, and follow-up records.
• Review Risk Assessments, Safe Work Procedures, and permits-to-work.
• Assist with safety submissions required by clients and audits.
• Lead toolbox talks, safety briefings and inductions.
• Monitor high-risk activities, including work at height and roadworks.
• Maintain WSH records and support ISO management systems.
