Job summary

GREENMARK CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. is seeking a Safety Coordinator (Construction) to ensure WSH compliance on site and lead safety inspections and inductions. The role involves monitoring RA/SWP/PTW compliance, maintaining safety records, and driving corrective actions.

The ideal candidate has a WSQ Advanced Certificate in WSH with refresher, WA H assessor and risk management certifications, and at least 3 years in construction safety, with strong teamwork and independent work ability.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of construction safety experience.
• Good knowledge of Singapore WSH regulations.
• WSQ Advanced Certificate in WSH with a valid refresher certificate.
• WAH Assessor and Risk Management certifications.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Class 3 Driving License is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with the Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) Act and company safety requirements.
• Conduct daily site safety inspections and identify workplace hazards.
• Monitor workers and subcontractors to ensure compliance with Risk Assessments (RA), Safe Work Procedures (SWP), and Permit to Work (PTW) requirements.
• Conduct safety inductions, toolbox meetings, and safety briefings.
• Prepare and maintain WSH documentation, reports, and safety records.
• Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses, and implement corrective actions.
• Support safety audits and promote continuous improvement.
• Perform other safety-related duties assigned by the Project Manager.

WSQ Advanced Certificate in WSH

WAH Assessor

Risk Management certifications

Minimum 3 years of construction safety experience
