Job summary

MOURI TECH PTE. LTD. is seeking an Onsite Support Consultant to provide IT support services with deep expertise in Microsoft products, Cisco collaboration tools, and HP copiers and computers.

The role involves handling incidents per SLA, setting up remote collaboration tools, and supporting other teams in troubleshooting. The candidate should have a degree/diploma in IT or equivalent and 3–4 years of hands-on IT support experience, with strong communication skills and experience with ticketing

• Expert knowledge in Microsoft products, Cisco collaboration tools, HP copier & computers.
• Experience using Ticketing Tools.
• Ability to create, understand and follow technical documentation.
