Job summary

Green Theory Labs Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Content & Social Media Executive to develop and deliver engaging short‑form skincare content. You will plan, film, edit, publish, and review performance across platforms, while shaping the brand’s voice and education content.

You will work hands‑on, collaborating with the founder and internal team to grow social presence, manage content calendars, and optimize campaigns for conversion.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in content creation, social media, or digital marketing.
• Strong short‑form video filming and editing skills.
• Proficiency in CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro or similar editing software.
• Working knowledge of TikTok and Instagram content formats.
• Able to write concise and persuasive social media copy.
• Comfortable appearing on camera or directing others during filming.
• Independent worker who delivers content consistently.
• Organised, responsive and detail oriented.

Responsibilities

• Create short‑form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and other platforms.
• Film and edit product demonstrations, skincare education, routines, founder content, testimonials, and ads.
• Write hooks, scripts, captions, and calls to action.
• Adapt footage into variations for organic and paid posts.
• Photograph products and create simple visual assets as needed.
• Maintain an organised library of footage and assets.
• Plan and publish content across the brand’s social channels.
• Monitor comments, messages, and audience feedback; engage professionally.
• Identify skincare conversations and trends to guide content opportunities.
• Coordinate with creators, brief them, and manage content submission and permissions.
• Assist Growth & E‑Commerce Manager with Spark Ads and paid campaigns.
