Job summary

You will produce content for marketing materials, conduct keyword research, monitor web analytics, review social media comments, and collaborate with designers to produce assets. The role requires at least 1 year of experience and strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of offline, online and social marketing plans.
• Increase brand awareness, generate leads, convert sales and foster customer loyalty.
• Generate design concepts for marketing campaigns and communication materials.
• Produce content for all marketing materials.
• Conduct keyword research, monitor web traffic and report metrics.
• Review and respond to comments on social media platforms.
• Perform public relations activities.
• Monitor expenses and adhere to budget allocations.
• Drive organic content engagement and reach.
• Liaise with media parties and build relationships.
• Coordinate with graphic designers or content producers for assets production.
• Manage image and video assets.
• Collaborate with sales, operations and other marketing teams to meet objectives.
• Report and develop data templates to track key metrics and social insights.
• Assist in distribution of leads to customer service team.
• Assist in ad-hoc projects as needed.
