Job summary

U Aesthetics Pte Ltd is a Singapore beauty brand seeking a Content Creator to grow our social media presence across Instagram, TikTok, Xiaohongshu (RED) and other platforms. You will take ideas from concept to shoot to edit and publish engaging short-form content, including tutorials, transformations and product features.

Join a fast-paced Orchard-based team and collaborate on campaigns with influencers. Portfolio submissions encouraged to showcase beauty content and storytelling ability.

Qualifications

• Experience creating short-form social media content.
• Confident in video shooting and editing.
• Familiar with CapCut, Canva, or similar tools.
• Good understanding of Instagram Reels and TikTok.
• Familiar with Xiaohongshu / RED is a strong advantage.
• Strong sense of aesthetics, composition and visual storytelling.
• Able to identify trends and adapt them to a premium beauty brand.
• Creative and able to generate ideas independently.
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment with rapid content production.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Create treatment videos, before & after content, client experiences, educational content and lifestyle content.
• Develop hooks, captions and storytelling angles to capture attention quickly.

• Keep up with current social media trends and platform behavior.
• Generate fresh content ideas consistently.
• Film therapists, clients, treatments, products and events.
• Direct shoots and guide staff or talents in front of camera.

U Aesthetics is looking for acreative, trend-aware Content Creatorto grow our social media presence and create engaging content acrossInstagram, TikTok, Xiaohongshu (RED) and other digital platforms.

This is a hands-on role. We’re looking for someone who can take an idea fromconcept → shoot → edit → publish-ready content, not someone who only plans content calendars.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Plan, shoot and edit engaging short-form content forInstagram Reels, Lemon8, TikTok and Xiaohongshu
• Create treatment videos, before & after content, client experiences, educational content, lifestyle content and behind-the-scenes videos
• Develop strong hooks, captions and storytelling angles that capture attention quickly
• Turn beauty treatments and technical information intosimple, attractive and easy-to-understand content
• Keep up with current social media trends, formats, sounds and platform behaviour
• Generate fresh content ideas consistently instead of waiting for instructions
• Film therapists, clients, treatments, products and events
• Direct simple shoots and guide staff or talents naturally in front of the camera
• Edit short-form videos with strong pacing, subtitles, transitions and visual storytelling
• Create simple graphics and social media assets when required
• Assist with campaign launches, promotions, KOL/influencer collaborations and events
• Maintain an organised content library of photos, videos and campaign assets
• Review content performance and identify what should be improved, repeated or scaled
• Work closely with the marketing and operations team to support brand growth

What We’re Looking For

• Strong interest inbeauty, aesthetics, skincare and social media
• Experience creating short-form social media content
• Confident invideo shooting and editing
• Familiar with tools such asCapCut, Canva, or similar
• Good understanding of Instagram Reels and TikTok
• Familiarity withXiaohongshu / REDis a strong advantage
• Strong sense of aesthetics, composition and visual storytelling
• Able to identify trends and adapt them to a premium beauty brand
• Creative and able to generate ideas independently
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment where content needs to be produced quickly
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Detail-oriented and organised
• Photography skills are an advantage
• Beauty/aesthetics industry experience is an advantage, but not compulsory
