Job summary

CARING GROUP PTE. LTD. is seeking a Marketing & Content Creation Intern with a passion for skincare and beauty. You will conceptualize, shoot and edit content for TikTok, Instagram, and other platforms while supporting livestreams, influencer relationships, and campus campaigns.

Ideal candidates are eager to learn end-to-end social media strategies, hands-on live commerce, and AI tools to accelerate content production. This full-time internship offers practical experience in a collaborative team.

Qualifications

Currently pursuing or owned a degree in Mass Communications, Mass Media or Marketing.
Knowledge of Canva, CapCut, Photoshop, Illustrator is preferred.
Strong written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

Social Media Content Creation: Conceptualize, shoot, and edit engaging content for platforms like TikTok, Instagram, XHS.
TikTok Livestream Management: Plan and assist in hosting livestreams to boost engagement.
Influencer & Partnership Relations: Assist in scouting and managing influencer relationships.
Campaign Execution: Support marketing campaigns, events, and in-store activities.
Ad-hoc Support: Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks as needed.
