Job summary

Green Kitchen PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Social Media & Content Manager to drive our social media strategy and content creation. You will plan, film, edit and publish content with the founder, editors, and interns, ensuring timely delivery across platforms.

You’ll lead content ideation, write scripts and captions, brief the editor, direct shoots, and stay ahead of trends in health-focused lifestyle content. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role in a small team.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of social media and short-form video.
• Ability to lead a small team and meet deadlines.
• Interest in healthy food, fitness, wellness and lifestyle.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage weekly social media content.
• Turn ideas into Reels, TikToks, YouTube content, ads and campaigns.
• Understand hooks, storytelling, pacing and how to hold attention.
• Understand what works differently across Instagram, TikTok and YouTube.
• Write content ideas, scripts, captions and creative briefs.
• Manage and brief our editor and interns.
• Organise and help direct shoots.
• Be comfortable filming simple content yourself when needed.
• Review edits and give clear feedback.
• Turn podcasts, kitchen footage, events and existing material into multiple pieces of content.
• Track what performs and use that to improve future content.
• Stay on top of trends and new social formats.
