Qashier Pte Ltd is seeking a Merchant Operations Executive to work on the ground with SME merchants, installing and onboarding the Qashier POS and payment solutions, and providing hands-on training and ongoing support.

This field role involves solving hardware and software problems in real-time, performing light physical work, and traveling to merchant locations to ensure a smooth, reliable setup and operation.

English is required; Mandarin is a strong advantage in Singapore and Malaysia.

Qualifikationen

• : 1–3 years of experience in operations, customer-facing support, field service, technical support, or a similar hands-on role.
• Experience working directly with customers or merchants in a fast-moving environment.
• Confidence learning and troubleshooting hardware and software.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts simply.
• Good judgment — know when to troubleshoot, elevate, or ask for help.
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through on commitments.
• Customer-first mindset with operational discipline.
• Willingness to travel to merchant locations and work independently in the field.
• English proficiency required; Mandarin proficiency is a strong advantage in Singapore and Malaysia.

Aufgaben

• Own on-site onboarding for new SME merchants, ensuring setups are completed accurately and professionally.
• Install and configure Qashier POS systems, payment terminals, and related hardware.
• Train merchants on core product features and daily workflows so they can operate the system independently.
• Diagnose and resolve common hardware, software, POS, terminal, and peripheral issues on-site.
• Document issues, resolutions, and follow-up actions clearly so nothing falls through the cracks.
• Stay calm and solution-oriented when troubleshooting issues on-site.
• Maintain accurate accountability for devices and hardware.
• Handle equipment setup and light physical work during field deployments.
