Job summary

Philips Lead Systems Engineer role focuses on defining the manufacturing transformation roadmap and leading execution across Philips sites. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering required.
• 1+ year experience in manufacturing/operations/engineering environments beneficial.
• Knowledge of Industry 4.0 concepts, Lean Manufacturing principles, and digital transformation is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Define manufacturing technology and transformation roadmap, including strategy and implementation planning.
• Lead and execute manufacturing transformation projects from concept to implementation.
• Conceptualize and design manufacturing systems using systems thinking and architectural principles.
• Drive continuous improvement projects to enhance processes and performance.
• Collaborate with technology partners to pilot and industrialize Industry 4.0 technologies.
• Ensure activities meet safety, regulatory, environmental, cost, and compliance requirements.
