Job summary

Zenith Infotech (S) Pte Ltd. is seeking a capable IT infrastructure professional to provide system engineering and security-focused support.

You will manage servers, operating systems, storage, and network devices while ensuring reliable, secure operations across client environments. The role covers installation, testing, deployment, and on-site engineering support, with emphasis on collaboration with clients and vendors.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience in system administration, networking, and IT infrastructure support.
• Knowledge of Windows/Linux, network devices, and cybersecurity practices.

Responsibilities

• Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot servers, Windows/Linux operating systems, storage, and IT infrastructure.
• Configure and support network devices, including switches, routers, and firewalls from Cisco, Huawei, and other vendors.
• Perform system and network hardening, cybersecurity assessments, and support VAPT activities.
• Support system installation, integration, testing (FAT/SAT), commissioning, and deployment.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and escape unresolved problems when necessary.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, configuration records, and test reports.
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, contractors, and internal teams on technical matters.
• Provide on-site engineering support and technical demonstrations when required.

Responsible for providing system engineering, IT infrastructure, network security, and project support services to ensure reliable, secure, and efficient system operations.

Budget: 6,000 - 7,800 per month
