Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in CS/Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years' experience as a Network Engineer supporting large campus networks.
• CCNA certification required; PCNSA/PCNSP is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage, administer, configure, and provide technical support for network equipment and services.
• Install, maintain, and upgrade network hardware and software; apply patches and remediation.
• Troubleshoot network problems and provide on-site support as needed.
• Conduct daily checks, monitor availability, and analyze performance data for network health.
• Document configurations and changes; ensure weekly backups; track outages and SLA resolution.
• Coordinate with ISPs and internal teams on operational matters.
