Job summary

You will coordinate with vendors, assist with medical claims documentation, and help maintain accurate records and assets while supporting day-to-day workplace services in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in HR operations or related field.
• Experience in onboarding coordination and vendor management is a plus.
• Strong organisational and coordination skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage the onboarding process for new employees.
• Issue staff passes and name badges for hires.
• Respond to employee inquiries and provide HR support.
• Assist with HR submissions and medical claims documentation.
• Liaise with cafeteria vendors and oversee food service delivery.
