Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Property Consultants Pte Ltd seeks a Hard Service Lead to plan and oversee PPM, reactive and minor maintenance projects. You will supervise M&E activities, lead both internal engineers and external vendors onsite, and act as the main on-site contact for stakeholders.

You will manage the maintenance regime, safety procedures, and on-site budget while mentoring a team of engineers, LEWs, and technicians.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related technical field.
3 to 5 years of experience in a hard services management or supervisory engineering role onsite.
Candidate having a driving license class 3 is preferred.

Responsibilities

Plan and implement preventive maintenance, reactive maintenance, and minor projects.
Lead and mentor engineers, LEWs and technicians onsite, ensuring KPI delivery.
Manage site M&E budget, procurement, contracts, and inventory while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.
Develop and execute on-site strategies with client line managers for mechanical, electrical and technical field operations.
Monitor and improve site operations, costs, and productivity through continuous improvement.
