On-Site Hard Services Lead

Job summary

JLL is seeking a Hard Service Lead for our Singapore site to plan and execute maintenance strategies, supervise M&E activities, and coordinate internal teams and external vendors. You will report to the Site Workplace Director and drive engineering excellence on-site.

You will manage budgets, procurement, safety processes, and continuous improvement initiatives while mentoring a team of engineers and technicians. This role is on-site at our Singapore location.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering, Facilities Management or related field.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in a hard services management or supervisory engineering role onsite.
• Driving license class 3 preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute preventive maintenance, reactive maintenance, and minor projects to meet KPIs.
• Lead on-site Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) activities and manage internal engineers and external vendors.
• Mentor engineers, LEWs, and technicians; drive engineering excellence and safety compliance.
• Manage site M&E budget, inventory, contracts, purchasing, and equipment.
