Job summary

Agilent Technologies Singapore is seeking an Enterprise Program Coordinator (EPC) to be the primary day-to-day operational contact for customers, delivering Agilent Enterprise Solutions and ensuring exceptional service and operational excellence across assigned programs.

You will coordinate scheduled and reactive services with internal and external partners, direct customer inquiries to the right teams, and work with cross-functional groups to define challenges, develop solutions, and implement

Qualifications

• Degree in scientific or technical field preferred but not required.
• 1-2 years experience in similar environment for advanced job levels; basic knowledge of GxP/Compliant environments, guidelines, and requirements preferred
• Strong customer service skills
• Strong planning and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all scheduled and reactive services for the customer with internal and external partners.
• Direct customer inquiries to appropriate parties and ensure timely responses.
• Work with cross-functional teams to define customer challenges, develop solutions, and implement them in daily operations.
• Onsite integration into customer day-to-day operations and execute customized duties defined in program agreements.
