Job summary

Ban Chon Corporation & Trading Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Site Engineer to oversee daily construction site activities, ensuring safety and compliance with project drawings and schedules. You will supervise workers, coordinate with the project team and suppliers, conduct site inspections and assist the Project Manager with related duties.

A Diploma or equivalent qualification is required; experience in construction is an advantage.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent technical qualification.
• Diploma in Automotive or other relevant technical discipline will be considered.
• Relevant construction/site experience will be an advantage.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willing to work on construction sites.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily site activities and workers.
• Monitor work progress and ensure works are carried out according to drawings, specifications and schedules.
• Coordinate with project team, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Conduct site inspections and assist with quality control.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety and site requirements.
• Maintain site records, reports and documentation.
• Assist the Project Manager / Project Engineer with other site-related duties.
