Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven experience in site supervision or similar role for 5+ years.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities.
• Diploma/Certificate in safety management or related field; high school diploma may be considered an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Set goals for performance and deadlines aligned with company plans.
• Organize workflow and ensure employees understand duties.
