Job summary

Axiom Technologies Pty Ltd. is seeking an Audio-Video Support Onsite Engineer to deliver hands-on AV/VC support and act as an extension of the VNOC.

The engineer will handle onsite troubleshooting, equipment setup, incident and change support, preventive maintenance, user support, and event assistance. Responsibilities include on-site support for meetings and events, ticket management, equipment moves, firmware upgrades, and collaboration with internal IT/AV teams and OEM vendors to ensure

Qualifications

Experience providing onsite AV/VC support in corporate environments.
Ability to troubleshoot AV/VC equipment and software issues.
Familiarity with ITSM ticketing and incident management.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Willingness to work onsite for meetings and events.

Responsibilities

Provide onsite hands-on support to the VNOC team.
Create, update, and manage tickets in the ITSM tool.
Troubleshoot Low/Medium severity AV/VC incidents.
Escalate High/Critical incidents to VNOC as needed.
Perform AV/VC equipment moves, cabling changes, firmware upgrades, and troubleshooting.
Support configuration, release, vulnerability, and patch management activities.
Set up and configure AV equipment for meetings and events.
Troubleshoot audio quality, video display, connectivity, and software issues.
Provide end-user support for remote controls and touch panels.
Maintain equipment configurations, service logs, and inventory records.
Perform routine maintenance and software upgrades.
Conduct weekly inspections and monthly preventive maintenance for rooms.
Coordinate with IT/AV teams and vendors for support.
