Job summary

Maybank Securities is seeking a capable analyst to bolster online trading services. You will research and analyze trading solutions, propose improvements, and drive requirements from design through implementation.

The role requires collaboration with IT, business units and vendors to ensure timely project delivery and maintain high-quality trading platforms. The ideal candidate has a degree and 1–2 years in stock broking, with strong communication, analytical skills and business acumen.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Banking, Finance, Securities or IT-related field.
1–2 years of relevant stock broking experience; international exposure preferred.
Excellent interpersonal and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

Conduct research and analysis of online trading services and solutions in the market.
Recommend solutions and enhancements for online trading services.
Perform requirements gathering, design and implementation of initiatives for online trading services.
Coordinate and liaise with internal business units, IT and external vendors to ensure timely delivery of projects.
Perform pre and post functional and system testing for online trading platforms.
Streamline and improve business processes related to online trading services.
Recommend marketing promotions related to online trading services.
