Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Regional Digital Platform Lead to drive the strategy, development, governance, and operational performance of our digital brokerage and trading platforms across the region.

The role is responsible for defining and executing the platform roadmap while ensuring the platform remains reliable, scalable, secure, and aligned with business objectives. The successful candidate will serve as the central owner across Business, Operations, Technology, Risk, and external partners, balancing customer experience, commercial objectives, platform resilience, operational readiness, and technology delivery.

This is a highly visible leadership role requiring strong product management capabilities, deep understanding of digital trading platforms, and the ability to drive alignment across multiple markets and stakeholder groups.

The responsibility of this role includes:

• Drive and lead the digital platform and brokerage product strategy across Malaysia, Singapore, and Indonesia, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
• Define and execute the strategic roadmap for digital trading platforms, partnering closely with business, operations, technology, and external stakeholders.
• Develop robust customer feedback frameworks and leverage customer insights, usage data, and market trends to continuously enhance product offerings and digital experiences.
• Identify emerging market developments, competitive trends, and innovations in digital brokerage and investing platforms to maintain market relevance and competitiveness.
• Lead business requirement gathering, opportunity assessment, and business case development to deliver scalable, customer-centric solutions.
• Collaborate with front office, operations, and technology teams to drive agile delivery and successful execution of strategic initiatives.
• Support go-to-market planning, product launches, client adoption programs, and investor education initiatives across target customer segments.
• Define and drive the regional market data strategy, including exchange content, pricing models, entitlements, vendor partnerships, and distribution across digital platforms to support customer engagement and trading activity.

Platform Operations & Technology Governance

• Establish end-to-end ownership and governance of regional digital trading platforms, ensuring operational excellence, stability, and service reliability.
• Lead platform support and technology operations functions, ensuring effective incident management, issue resolution, and escalation processes.
• Drive platform performance through proactive monitoring, service management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Chair regular governance forums to review platform health, technology risks, service performance, incident trends, and enhancement priorities.
• Oversee major incident management, root cause analysis, and post-incident review processes, ensuring corrective actions are implemented and tracked to closure.
• Partner with technology teams to prioritize defect remediation, technical debt reduction, platform resilience, and operational risk mitigation initiatives.
• Define, monitor, and report on key service metrics including platform availability, client-impacting incidents, incident resolution timelines, and service quality standards.
• Coordinate business readiness, operational preparedness, stakeholder communications, and change management activities for major platform releases and technology implementations.
• Provide oversight of third-party vendors and technology service providers, ensuring adherence to service level agreements and delivery commitments.
• Act as the senior escalation point for critical platform incidents affecting clients, sales teams, and business operations across the region.

Stakeholder & Leadership Management

• Build strong partnerships across front office, operations, risk, compliance, technology, and external vendors to drive effective decision-making and delivery outcomes.
• Influence and align diverse stakeholder groups while maintaining focus on customer outcomes, operational efficiency, and platform resilience.
• Champion the organization's values, culture, and customer-first mindset while fostering a collaborative and high-performance working environment.

Qualification requirement:

• Minimum 15 years of experience within Financial Services, preferably across brokerage, wealth management, capital markets, or digital investing platforms.
• Proven track record in product management, digital platform leadership, or brokerage transformation initiatives.
• Strong understanding of financial products and markets, particularly equities and related trading services.
• Deep knowledge of end-to-end trade lifecycle processes, market structure, and brokerage operations.
• Demonstrated experience managing mission-critical digital platforms, production support, and technology operations environments.
• Strong understanding of platform governance, incident management, service management, and operational risk frameworks.
• Experience partnering with technology teams on digital application development, agile delivery, platform modernization, and customer experience initiatives.
• Proven ability to bridge business, operations, and technology functions while driving accountability across complex stakeholder groups.
• Experience managing third-party technology vendors, service providers, and SLA-driven environments.
• Strong understanding of relevant regulatory and compliance requirements within financial services.
• Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills, particularly during high-impact incidents and strategic transformation programs.
