Job summary

Reolink Technology Pte. Ltd. is seeking an experienced E-Commerce Manager to lead our official online storefronts, including the company website and Amazon platform, targeting US, UK, Europe and Australia markets.

You will strategize, optimize listings, manage promotions, analyze sales data, and coordinate cross-border online operations to drive growth and achieve performance targets. The role requires 5+ years in e-commerce and the ability to lead a small team across multiple regions.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in any field preferred.
Minimal 5 years hands-on e-commerce experience, esp. on company website or Amazon platform.
Familiar with Website Traffic & Conversion, Google Analytics, A/B testing, CPC, CRO.
Experience handling online stores, online sales operations and growth duties.
Cross-border e-commerce experience is a plus for Australia, Europe & US markets.

Responsibilities

Manage and maintain e-commerce storefronts (Official website & Amazon), focusing on Australia, Europe, and US markets.
Track and analyze sales, traffic, and conversion data; provide insights and optimize pricing.
Upload product listings with optimized titles, descriptions, and specs.
Conduct keyword research and listing optimization across platforms.
Plan and execute promotions tailored to target markets to drive traffic and sales.
Monitor orders and coordinate fulfillment to meet platform standards.
Ensure compliance with platform policies to safeguard account health.
