Job summary

DBS Bank Ltd is seeking a Channel R&M Officer (Pre-Processing) at DBS Asia Hub in Singapore to help onboard new users by pre-processing applications, verifying information, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.

In this role you will review application forms and supporting documents for completeness, verify signatures, run screening checks, update systems, and respond to inquiries with accuracy and speed.

Qualifications

• Diploma/degree holder with relevant KYC experience in banking operations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Review and verify application forms and docs for completeness and accuracy.
• Perform signature verification against authorized mandates.
• Validate data across documents and ensure consistency.
• Conduct required screening checks per policy and regulation.
• Update internal systems with document status and notes.
• Respond to inquiries and follow up on pending items timely.
• Assist in maintaining application tracking spreadsheets.
• Participate in process improvements and team goals.
• Undertake other duties as assigned or required for operational needs.
