Job summary

Business Edge Personnel Services Pte Ltd is seeking a detail‑oriented Operations Coordinator to support VIPC at Changi Airport. You will coordinate flight arrivals and departures, communicate changes to multiple stakeholders, and help arrange transport and other logistics for foreign delegations.

The role requires flexibility to work irregular hours, on‑site presence at VIPC, and readiness for ASEAN meetings in 2027.

Qualifications

• Minimum A-Level/Diploma holder.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Meticulous, reliable and responsive with good attention to detail.
• Able to work independently, multitask and remain composed in a fast-paced operational environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Outlook.
• Able to handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Prior experience in operations coordination, logistics, airport operations or event support would be advantageous.
• Willing and able to work irregular hours, including early mornings, late nights, weekends and public holidays, depending on flight schedules and operational requirements.
• Willing and able to be stationed on-site at VIPC, Changi Airport, and to respond promptly to changes in schedules and operational requirements.
• Able to work in a dynamic operational environment where working hours and duties may change at short notice.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with VIPC personnel on flight arrivals and departures, including monitoring flight schedules and communicating changes to relevant parties.
• Facilitate timely communication and coordination among PHS, Liaison Officers (LOs), diplomatic missions, VIPC personnel and other relevant stakeholders.
• Assist with logistical arrangements for the arrival and departure of foreign delegations, including coordination of transport and other operational requirements.
• Maintain and update arrival/departure schedules, movement trackers and other operational records.
• Provide on-site administrative and logistical support, including other ad hoc duties as required.
• Support operational preparations and readiness checks at VIPC ahead of major ASEAN meetings, including coordination of facilities, equipment and other logistical requirements.
• Undertake any other duties and responsibilities as delegated by reporting officer.
