WECRUIT PTE. LTD. is seeking a strategic, on-site liaison stationed at the customer premises to provide professional support and ensure seamless communication between the customer and service providers.

The role covers Export Operations, Import Operations, and Administrative & Reporting tasks, including handling bookings, documentation, shipping alerts, verification of cargo, and generating performance reports. Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and coordinate pickup bookings effectively with internal stakeholders.
• Ensure the complete and accurate preparation of all export documentation.
• Issue timely pre-alerts to destination offices for outbound shipments.
• Verify that goods released to transporters are accurate and properly endorsed.
• Print, organize, and file shipping documents in strict accordance with the customer’s compliance standards.
• Perform accurate data entry into operational systems.
• Compile and generate regular daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
