is seeking a logistics liaison to serve as the key point of contact at the customer's site, providing professional export logistics support and ensuring smooth communication between customers and service providers. The role covers managing export shipment bookings, preparing shipping documents, issuing pre-alerts, verifying details, tracking shipments from arrival to delivery, and generating regular operational reports to maintain accuracy and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Act as the key point of contact for the customer site and provide professional logistics support.
• Manage export shipment bookings and coordinate pickup arrangements with internal stakeholders.
• Ensure all export shipping documents are completed accurately and in compliance with customer requirements.
• Prepare and communicate shipment pre-alerts to destination teams for export shipments.
• Verify shipment details and ensure the correct goods are released to authorized transporters.
• Maintain proper printing, documentation, and filing of shipping records in accordance with customer compliance requirements.
• Monitor and track import shipments from arrival through delivery.
• Verify package quantities and investigate any shipment discrepancies.
• Coordinate with the customer's receiving team to address discrepancies, damages, or other delivery issues.
• Perform accurate data entry and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
