Job summary

The DreamR Project Pte Ltd is seeking an organized Project Coordinator to oversee and coordinate site activities, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery. You will manage on-site teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders while maintaining compliance and supporting procurement and handover processes.

The role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and an ability to travel as needed for project coordination.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in project coordination, interior fit-out or construction.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project progress, timelines, and budgets to ensure smooth and effective project delivery
• Manage daily on-site activities and proactively identify risks or delays to keep projects on track
• Prepare comprehensive site reports, inspection records, and progress updates for internal and external stakeholders
• Coordinate with clients, landlords, and building management to obtain site access and necessary approvals
• Supervise subcontractors and on-site teams while conducting regular safety inspections to ensure regulatory compliance
• Perform quality checks on workmanship and materials to maintain high project standards
• Assist with procurement, sourcing, and quotation coordination to support project requirements
• Facilitate smooth project handover by ensuring all deliverables are completed and properly documented
