Job summary

RAYMOND CONSTRUCTION PTE LTD seeks a proactive Project Coordinator to act as ISO-Team representative on site, coordinating daily activities to ensure safety, quality and timely project delivery. Your responsibilities include planning with sub-contractors, supervising workers and vendors, and resolving client feedback while maintaining essential project documentation on site.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Building / Civil & Structural Engineering or related field required or equivalent experience.
• Candidate with relevant experience without above qualifications will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project works (R&R / A&A) on site.
• Plan with sub-contractors on project execution and implementation.
• Supervise project works and oversee workers, sub-contractors, and vendors.
• Execute works per drawings/specifications and maintain quality.
• Resolve client and residents' complaints/feedback promptly.
• Liaise with Clients, Consultants, and Vendors on all project matters.
• Attend site meetings and report progress.
• Track progress and ensure on-time completion within budget.
• Coordinate handover to Clients after project completion.
• Maintain project documentation and coordinate with other departments.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Ensure compliance with WSH regulations and safety policies.
