Job summary

You will help manage site operations, supervise workers, oversee safety, and handle site administration, materials and machinery. Strong English reading/writing and teamwork are valued. This role requires flexibility with shifts including weekends, and a proactive attitude to resolve issues and keep multiple

Qualifications

• Experience in construction site work is beneficial.
• Able to read and write in simple English.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Working knowledge of construction tools, machinery and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project supervisor, coordinator and manager to plan, manage and monitor projects from inception to completion on time and of desired quality.
• Assist to manage and monitor site operation, workers and supervisor.
• Oversee site administration including site safety and control of materials and machinery on site.
• Support the Project manager and supervisor as needed.
• Ensure smooth job operations.
• Able to rectify and supervise works on site.
• Other duties as assigned.
