Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Operations, Management or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in operations, marketing, project coordination, events, customer service, administration or related role.
• Experience in education, enrichment, preschool, childcare or service-based industries is an advantage.
• Strong organisational and project coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate operational matters across centres and support day-to-day business operations.
• Translate management directions into practical action plans, coordinate with relevant teams and follow up on execution.
• Manage projects, timelines, trackers, SOPs, checklists and internal workflows.
• Coordinate with centre teams, teachers, staff, parents, vendors and external partners where required.
• Identify operational gaps, recurring issues and areas for process improvement.
• Support marketing initiatives including social media planning, content coordination, captions, basic design, short-form videos, digital campaigns and promotional activities.
• Assist with customer engagement, lead follow-up, WhatsApp and email campaigns, centre promotions and campaign tracking.
