Arty Learning is looking for a highly organised, proactive, hands‑on and tech‑savvy Operations & Marketing Executive to join our growing team.
This is a hybrid role combining operations, project coordination, marketing execution, events, customer engagement and management support. You will work closely with the Directors and act as a key bridge between management and the ground team, helping to translate priorities and instructions into clear action and follow-through.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate operational matters across centres and support day‑to‑day business operations.
- Translate management directions into practical action plans, coordinate with relevant teams and follow up on execution.
- Manage projects, timelines, trackers, SOPs, checklists and internal workflows.
- Coordinate with centre teams, teachers, staff, parents, vendors and external partners where required.
- Identify operational gaps, recurring issues and areas for process improvement.
- Support marketing initiatives including social media planning, content coordination, captions, basic design, short‑form videos, digital campaigns and promotional activities.
- Assist with customer engagement, lead follow‑up, WhatsApp and email campaigns, centre promotions and campaign tracking.
- Support and coordinate events such as open houses, workshops, parent engagement activities, outreach initiatives and company projects.
- Assist with event planning, logistics, manpower, materials, vendors, timelines and on‑site execution.
- Maintain clear communication between management and ground teams, ensuring important instructions and updates are followed through.
- Gather feedback and operational updates from centres and consolidate relevant information for management.
- Use digital tools and internal systems to support operations, communication, tracking and reporting.
- Assist with problem‑solving and troubleshooting across operational and project matters.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Operations, Management or a related field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in operations, marketing, project coordination, events, customer service, administration or a related role.
- Experience in education, enrichment, preschool, childcare or service‑based industries is an advantage.
- Strong organisational and project coordination skills.
- Good written and spoken communication skills.
- Comfortable communicating with management, staff, parents, vendors and external partners.
- Comfortable using digital tools such as Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Canva, CapCut or similar platforms.
- Able to work independently, manage multiple priorities and follow through on tasks.
- Proactive, resourceful, adaptable and willing to learn.
- Comfortable supporting operational matters on the ground and adjusting priorities when required.
- Comfortable with flexible working arrangements when required for events, meetings, centre activities or operational needs.
Working Hours
Full-Time, 5 working days per week
Tuesday to Friday: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM 1-hour break
Saturday or Sunday: 8:30 AM - 6:30 PM 1.5-hour break
