Job summary

LUKIS PTE. LTD. is seeking an Operations Executive in Singapore. You will oversee cleaning operations, manage inventory, and ensure seamless service delivery. The ideal candidate possesses strong multitasking and communication skills.

Working hours are Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, and Saturday from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm. A salary range of $2,800 to $4,500 per month is offered, commensurate with experience, along with career growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Oversight cleaning operations across assigned job sites.
• Manage inventory, equipment, and maintenance schedules.
• Maintain engagement with ground staff through regular check-ins.
• Collaborate with account managers to address service gaps.
• Respond to and report operational incidents promptly.
• Provide on-site operational support as required.
• Lead the recruitment, training, and deployment of staff.
