We’re hiring a Craft & Lifestyle Retail Associate – a friendly, reliable team player who enjoys engaging with people, loves beautiful craftsmanship, and thrives in a creative environment.

Your Role

• Welcome and assist customers at our Mandarin Gallery boutique
• Share product knowledge, brand stories, and personalization options
• Handle sales transactions and ensure boutique presentation standards
• Support workshops, pop‑ups, and corporate events – assist with setup, guest interactions, and demonstrations
• Help with basic operational and visual merchandising tasks

Who You Are

• Outgoing, approachable, and professional
• Interested in craftsmanship, design, or lifestyle products
• Able to commit 34 days a week, including weekend rotations
• Flexible with schedule (able to support occasional events)
• Prior retail or customer service experience is a plus; training provided
• Strictly for Singaporeans or PRs only
