Job summary

JINGDONG LOGISTICS (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. seeks an On-site Operations Coordinator to support daily transportation and distribution tasks at the Singapore project, coordinating with drivers and fleet operators for smooth execution.

You will handle on-site management, respond to client needs, and assist in issue resolution and reporting, with a focus on accuracy, English communication, and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Diploma or above; logistics-related background preferred.
• Relevant experience in logistics, transportation, or operations coordination is a plus.
• Strong communication and coordination skills to liaise with clients, drivers and fleet operators.
• Strong sense of responsibility and problem-solving ability to resolve issues promptly.
• Basic proficiency in Excel and other office software for data collection and reporting.
• Good business English communication for day-to-day coordination in Singapore.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and execution-driven with a service mindset.

Responsibilities

• On-site Operations Management: oversee daily operations at the JD Logistics project in Singapore.
• Exception Handling & Issue Follow-up: respond to delivery and operational issues and drive resolution.
• Driver & Fleet Coordination: coordinate with drivers and fleet operators to ensure smooth task execution.
• Daily Operations Support: monitor activities, collect data, and support reporting and management.
