Qualifications

• Experience in logistics, transportation, delivery, customer service, or operations coordination preferred.
• Strong communication and coordination skills to facilitate information flow among clients, drivers, and fleet operators.
• Strong sense of responsibility and problem-solving skills; respond promptly to client feedback and follow through.

Responsibilities

• Oversee on-site operations and support daily transportation and distribution tasks.
• Coordinate with drivers and fleet operators to ensure timely delivery.
• Respond promptly to delivery exceptions and coordinate issue resolution.
• Monitor progress of issue resolution and minimize impact on operations.
• Assist in monitoring orders, deliveries, vehicles, and driver activities.
• Collect basic operational data, generate reports, and support daily management.
• Support other project-related operational management activities as required.
