Job summary

JINHONG GAS (SINGAPORE) PTE LTD is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to oversee the movement, storage, and delivery of goods, ensuring operations run smoothly and on time.

You will coordinate deliveries, manage documents, track shipments, liaise with suppliers and customers, work with warehouse teams, monitor stock, resolve delivery issues, update systems, and help control costs while ensuring compliance.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate deliveries and shipments — arrange schedules, vehicles, drivers, and delivery routes.
• Manage logistics documentation — prepare delivery orders, invoices, packing lists, shipping documents, etc.
• Track shipments — monitor deliveries and update customers or internal teams on shipment status.
• Coordinate with suppliers and customers — communicate about delivery schedules, quantities, delays, and requirements.
• Work with warehouse teams — coordinate receiving, picking, packing, loading, and dispatching.
• Inventory coordination — monitor stock movement and assist with stock checks/reconciliation.
• Handle delivery issues — resolve delays, damaged goods, missing items, or incorrect deliveries.
• Update systems and reports — maintain records of orders, shipments, inventory, and delivery status.
• Coordinate transport companies/drivers — arrange vehicles and ensure deliveries are completed according to schedule.
• Cost control — monitor transportation/logistics costs and look for ways to improve efficiency.
• Ensure compliance — make sure shipments follow company procedures and relevant transport/safety requirements.
