Job summary

Tri-comp Solutions Pte Ltd is hiring an On-Site IT Engineer to join our growing team. We’re looking for a hands-on, responsible and technically strong professional who enjoys solving IT problems while working directly with customers.

The role covers onsite support and remote troubleshooting, configuring Microsoft 365 and network infrastructure, UniFi systems, and maintaining clear service reports. Diploma or degree in IT or related field is required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in IT, Computer Engineering or related field.
• Good knowledge of Windows, networking, and IT troubleshooting.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 and IT infrastructure preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and customer-service mindset.
• Able to work independently and take ownership of issues.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite & remote IT technical support.
• Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, Windows & software issues.
• Configure & support Microsoft 365, Outlook & email systems.
• Install and troubleshoot LAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches & firewalls.

IT ENGINEER

Key Responsibilities

What We’re Looking For

• Diploma / Degree in IT, Computer Engineering or related field

• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Able to work independently and take ownership of issues
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Responsible, positive and willing to learn
• Experience in UniFi, CCTV, door access, NAS or server environments will be an added advantage.
