Job summary

Prince's Landscape Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Project Coordinator (Events) to oversee daily site and venue operations, ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient execution of event activities, with a strong focus on festive setups like Christmas and Chinese New Year.

The role requires hands-on leadership, sharp data analysis, and the ability to coordinate multiple vendors and internal teams, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays for on-site support when required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Event Management or related field.
• Experience in event coordination or project coordination is preferred.
• Ability to coordinate multiple vendors and stakeholders under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate event projects from planning through setup, event day, and dismantling.
• Liaise with clients, venues, suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Prepare project schedules, checklists, layouts, quotations, and other relevant documents.
• Coordinate manpower, materials, equipment, deliveries, and on-site requirements.
• Monitor project progress, deadlines, costs, and deliverables.
• Attend site visits, meetings, rehearsals, and event setups when required.
• Assist with resolving on-site issues and ensure works are completed according to the agreed scope and specifications.
• Track variations, additional requirements, and project-related expenses.
• Ensure proper documentation is maintained from project start to completion.
