Job summary

UTTAMA ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. is seeking a site supervisor to oversee subcontractor activities on construction sites in Singapore.

You will coordinate with the main contractor to keep the project on track, attend inspections to verify quality and regulatory compliance, and assist the Project Manager in daily tasks. You will supervise subcontractors and in-house workers, collaborate with site staff to meet schedules, ensure installations follow construction drawings, and monitor progress,

Responsibilities

• Coordinate subcontract works with the main contractor to align project progress and resolve issues
• Attend on-site inspections to verify work quality and compliance with regulations
• To assist the Project Manager in the daily execution of work.
• To supervise the work of sub-contractors and in-house workers.
• To work closely with other site operations staff to meet the project schedule.
• Ensure installation is carried out as per construction drawings.
• Monitor site progress, manpower, materials and equipment requirements.
• Ensure all work is performed in accordance with relevant regulations and company policies.
• Ensure that all construction activities follow health and safety regulations.
