Job summary

CYC ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. is seeking a Construction Project Supervisor to lead field teams and ensure projects meet deadlines and safety standards. The role involves coordinating with vendors, inspectors, and architects across multiple sites.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, construction industry experience, and strong communication skills in English and Mandarin. Weekend and public holiday work is expected as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in the construction industry is required.
• Experience in a leadership role is recommended.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to stay focused and calm under pressure.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Competent in English and Mandarin.
• Willingness to work weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Ensure teams work together to deliver quality work to strict deadlines.
• Monitor construction processes, and provide training and team-building sessions.
• Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations at all times.
• Perform equipment, material, and routine site inspections.
• Schedule regular meetings with vendors, site inspectors, managers, and staff.
• Write up reports, budgets, project plans, and present them to relevant stakeholders.
• Work closely with architects and other professionals.
• Stay up to date with safety codes and advancements in construction.
• Assist with the recruitment and training of new staff.
• Process paperwork and travel to multiple sites as required.
