Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in construction site coordination or manpower management is preferred.
• Familiar with Singapore construction site operations.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Able to communicate in English; Chinese or other languages will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily site activities to ensure smooth operations.
• Arrange manpower deployment and allocate workers according to project requirements.
• Monitor workers' attendance, working hours, overtime and daily work progress.
• Coordinate with site supervisors, subcontractors and workers to ensure work is completed on schedule.
• Assist in managing workers' Work Permits, training schedules, safety courses and certificate records.
• Monitor the delivery and usage of construction materials, tools and equipment.
• Prepare daily site reports and maintain proper documentation.
• Ensure workers comply with site safety rules and company requirements.
• Report site issues, manpower shortages and work delays to the Project Manager.
• Carry out other duties assigned by the management.
