SMART BUILD ENGINEERING AND CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. is seeking a Site Coordinator/Construction Supervisor to oversee daily site operations on our projects in Singapore.

You will coordinate with project managers, ensure safety, track progress, and manage manpower and materials to keep schedules on track. Ideal candidates have a Diploma or degree, relevant field experience, and ability to work alternate shifts.

Qualifications

• Experience in a related field.
• Ability to work alternative shifts based on site schedule.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and multitask effectively.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily construction site activities with the Site Coordinator and Project Manager.
• Monitor site progress and ensure alignment with the project schedule.
• Coordinate with site supervisors, workers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Manage manpower, materials, tools, and equipment for site activities.
• Maintain site records: daily reports, attendance logs, and project documentation.
• Prepare work schedules and material requisitions to support planning.
• Monitor delivery and usage of materials to ensure inventory control.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors on site requirements and progress.
• Enforce site safety rules and regulations to maintain a safe environment.
• Report site issues and delays to management for timely resolution.
