Job summary

ZJ CONSTRUCTION & TRADING PTE. LTD. in Singapore is hiring a site coordinator to supervise daily activities, deploy manpower, monitor hours, and ensure on-time progress. You will work closely with site supervisors and subcontractors to keep projects on schedule.

Strong communication, English proficiency, and familiarity with Singapore site operations are essential. Prior experience in construction coordination and knowledge of safety procedures are valued as you help maintain records and reports.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction site coordination or manpower management is preferred.
• Familiar with Singapore construction site operations.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Able to communicate in English; Chinese or other languages will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily site activities to ensure smooth operations.

• Prepare daily site reports and maintain proper documentation.
• Ensure workers comply with site safety rules and company requirements.
• Report site issues, manpower shortages and work delays to the Project Manager.
• Carry out other duties assigned by the management.
