Job summary

ZEE CHENG CONSTRUCTION PTE LTD is seeking a capable site supervisor to lead construction teams on site in Singapore. You will oversee daily tasks, ensure workmanship, interpret drawings, and coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to keep projects on track.

The role requires minimum 5 years of relevant experience, ability to read drawings, and bilingual communication in English and Mandarin for site management and safety instruction. This is a long-term, full-time position.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in construction.
• Able to read and interpret construction drawings and bar bending schedules.
• Physically fit for on-site inspection and movement in all weather conditions.
• Demonstrated supervisory skills and ability to lead a team on site.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of construction workers on site.
• Carry out and supervise formwork erection, rebar tying and steel welding works for structural elements.
• Study and interpret construction drawings and bar bending schedules; set out and check dimensions, levels and alignment on site.
• Enforce site safety and conduct toolbox briefings; ensure PPE and safe work practices.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers on work sequence, material deliveries and site access.
• Maintain daily site records and report progress to Site Manager.
